An Unfogetable UTV Adventure: Phoenix to Las Vegas: Desert Adventure Meets Comfortable Stays

There’s something special about heading out with your favorite person beside you, a group of fellow adventurers, and five days of riding ahead.

Our BeFree Off Road Phoenix-to-Las Vegas adventure takes you on a loop through Arizona, Nevada, and California—with changing desert scenery, full days on the trail, and a comfortable place to recharge each night.

The route: Wittmann → Laughlin → Pahrump → Las Vegas → Havasu Landing → Wittmann.

Desert Miles and Changing Views

Starting in Wittmann, AZ, outside Phoenix, we head toward Laughlin, NV for the night before continuing to Pahrump and Las Vegas.

Along the way, the terrain keeps things interesting: sandy washes, rocky sections, open desert trails, and mountain ridges. Wide horizons give way to rugged terrain, and each day brings a different views and every changing scenery.

Four Nights, Four Places to Unwind

Our first night takes us to the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin. After the initial day's ride, it's time to freshen up, enjoy dinner, and connect with the people joining the adventure. For Adam and myself, this is one of the most rewarding aspects of what we do—meeting our fellow riders, including some who return and many new faces each season from across the USA. Today covers the most miles, and we are exhausted by the time we reach the hotel. However, the excitement of the first day usually keeps our group energized as we arrive in Laughlin, dusty and dirty, with a sense of anticipation for what day two will bring.

Next comes Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, our overnight stop before another day of exploring toward Las Vegas. We enjoy a fantasic Italian dinner before turning in for the night, being sure to be well rested for the miles ahead on day three.

Our third night is at M Resort in Henderson, with dinner planned at Raiders Tavern & Grill. Trading riding gear for an evening around the table is part of the fun with our fellow riders.

The fourth night takes us to Havasu Landing Resort & Casino, our final overnight stop before the ride back to Wittmann. With a beautiful view of Lake Havasu, we settle in after dinner at the hotel to prepare for day four, our final day on trail.
